Is Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire a perfect movie? Not at all. Is it entertaining enough to warrant watching on the biggest screen possible because Godzilla uppercuts another giant kaiju with a move that would not be out of place in a boxing match? Yes. At one point Kong picks up that baby ape from the trailer and proceeds to use it as a weapon to beat the living shit out of two other apes, what more do I need to say?
