New Oppenheimer Trailer Released

Early Monday morning Universal released what will probably be the last trailer for Christopher Nolan's newest movie Oppenheimer.

Of note the most important part of the trailer is the double down of the July 21st, 2023 which sets up a showdown between Nolan and his former studio partner Warner Brothers which is releasing Barbie on the same day. Nolan famously departed Warner Brothers after the failure of Tenet forced them into a temporary day-and-date streaming model through 2021. He later went to Universal using the streaming issue as a soapbox while Universal to this day does day-and-date streaming of titles on Peacock including last year's Halloween Ends.
